Developers Drooling Over Turtleback


A coveted piece of Orcas Island, Turtleback Mountain, could fall to developers. The Medina Foundation, a charity that gives money to Puget Sound-area organizations to help poor and disabled people, owns the 1,578 acres and could make an estimated $25 million if it is developed.
